How to scan tickets with your phone
- Log in as a gate officer, gate supervisor or authorised admin on your phone browser.
- Open /scanner and select the event date and gate.
- Start the scanner session and allow camera access.
- Point the camera at the ticket QR code.
- Wait for Valid, Already Used, Wrong Event, Refunded, Cancelled or Invalid.
- Admit only a ticket marked Valid by this scanner page.
An ordinary phone camera result is not proof of entry. The QR contains an unguessable verification token which this protected page validates with the platform.
